You might ask, who is behind The Sawyer House?

Hi, I’m Cindy Sawyer, a twenty-something trying to marry my passions with my talents. Really, just trying to figure out how to have the cake and eat it, too.

Why Events and Design? 

I have always loved planning a party and having any reason to attend one. It wasn’t until my wedding that I realized that there wasn’t an all-inclusive package deal that I could just purchase. I mean don’t get me wrong, I am a DIY’er and queen of a good deal, but I was frustrated with the idea of calling multiple vendors and dealing with various online sites just to get everything I wanted without spending a fortune. Sure, there are other event planning companies out there, but none that had a lot of in-house services. I was sure that there had to be a better way to plan any event.

With a degree in Marketing, I know the importance of design and strategy. That’s how The Sawyer House came to be.
